Parcels containing fitness video games could be an increasingly commonplace item for UK couriers to deal with in light of recent comments by the Fitness Industry Association (FIA).
David Stalker, chief executive officer of the FIA, observed that the popularity of these products "is set to continue".
He asserted that Zumba is an increasingly attractive workout option for many people and that those who get videos sent using parcel delivery services can enjoy exercising in the comfort of their own homes.
"Generally I think health and fitness games are likely to expand, definitely. It's a good thing," he claimed.
Mr Stalker explained that fitness video games are a good first step for those hoping to get more exercise and get into shape.
According to the latest figures from the GfK Chart-Track, Zumba Fitness topped the UK all-format charts for the sixth consecutive week, which suggests many Brits are using delivery companies to get the videos sent to them.
